What is the process to reserve seating for an event through bottle service at Zouk Nightclub?
Guests can reserve seating by visiting the Zouk.LA website, and click the “book” tab under the event that interests you. This will show you purchase options for tickets, tables, and access.
What specific advantages does Zouk Nightclub offer to guests who reserve bottle service?
Bottle service provides a personal table with seating, dedicated cocktail servers, and busers, ensuring a comfortable experience without the need to navigate through crowds.
How long are the tables reserved for the guests?
Once a table is booked, it is reserved for the guest from the moment of arrival until departure.
Can guests pay cash for their reservation?
Cash payments are accepted and are collected at the time of the order.
What additional fees apply to bottle service?
Taxes, service charges, and gratuities are not included in the initial price and are additional costs.
What is the cancellation policy for table reservations?
Advance deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received at least 96 hours prior to 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time on the booking date. Cancellations within this period result in forfeiture of the deposit. Processing and credit card fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
When does Zouk Nightclub typically open?
The nightclub opens at 10:30 PM, on most Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
What is the dress code at Zouk Nightclub?
The dress code is strictly enforced: no offensive prints or tank tops; no jerseys, or shorts. Dress code is subject to change at any time.
Can you provide a list of items prohibited from Zouk Nightclub?
Backpacks, large bags, weapons, tablets, laptops, chain wallets, controlled substances, eye drops/nasal sprays, marijuana products (in any form, including vapes and edibles), over-the-counter and prescription medications (unless in original, unexpired, and unaltered containers, matching the guest’s ID, and not requiring refrigeration), gum/mints/breath strips, outside food, drinks, or liquids (including water bottles), vitamins/supplements, cameras/GoPros (wearable technology like watches is permitted), selfie sticks, colognes/perfumes, chewing tobacco, party props, and any other items deemed inappropriate by management.
Storage of Prohibited Items: Guests wishing to store prohibited items before entering the venue should request assistance from a Security Supervisor prior to the search/bag check. Prohibited items discovered will be confiscated and disposed of by management without compensation, even if the guest is denied access or removed from the venue.
Is food available for purchase at Zouk Nightclub?
Yes. We provide light late night bites. You can ask any bar staff for the menu.
Is smoking and vaping allowed inside the venue?
Smoking and vaping are allowed in dedicated areas; however, juice cartridges/vape juice are not permitted.
Are service animals allowed in the nightclub?
Service animals are allowed in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Is there a facility available for guests to keep their personal items?
Table reservations include areas to store personal items.
Can guests bring in professional cameras to take pictures?
Professional cameras are not allowed unless approved by the venue.
What form of identification do I need to have access?
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, identification card, or passport). Expired IDs will not be accepted, and security personnel are trained to detect fraudulent identification.
How are service animals accommodated in the venues?
Guests with service animals are responsible for their care and supervision while on the premises.
What behavior is expected from the guests in the venue and resort?
There is zero tolerance for lewd behavior, and the use or possession of drugs or illegal substances will result in immediate removal from the property.
Failure to comply with venue policies will result in immediate removal from the property.

Press Professionals: All professional photography and videography must be approved in advance by Zouk’s Public Relations and Marketing (ariya.behjat@zoukgroup.com) department. Professional equipment not previously approved will not be allowed into the venue.
