Let’s set the scene: post-ESPYs energy, a summer LA night, and the new Zouk LA absolutely buzzing. Last night, I hit the town to celebrate the ESPYs in style at Zouk LA, and the vibes were insanely fun.

From the second we walked in, the energy was electric. DJ Nitrane wasted no time heating up the dance floor, and the crowd was already going off before midnight. Bottle service flowed, the lights pulsed with every beat, and it was clear: everyone came to dance.

The evening brought out a star-studded crowd, including DruskiWizkid, and several cast members from Love Island Season 7, who were all spotted enjoying the scene. Yep, they were all in the mix. I ran into the Islanders deep in the crowd, dancing like it was Day One in the villa all over again. (Yes, they’re just as good-looking in person.)

Then, there was Druski, always the life of the party, but last night he outdid himself. Midway through the night, Druski hopped up on the DJ decks and completely surprised the crowd. One minute he was vibing in VIP, the next he was behind the booth, hyping the crowd, dancing, and dropping tracks like a pro. The whole place lost it. People were cheering, filming, and genuinely loving every second of it. Druski might have just unlocked his next career move — and I’m not mad at it.

Of course, Wizkid was the main event. When he walked in, the room shifted. Heads turned, camera flashes popped, and you could feel the collective “Is that…?” buzz spread across the dance floor. He posted up like the afrobeats icon he is — calm, cool, collected.

Celebs were everywhere. At one point, it felt like a roll call of everyone you follow on IG. Athletes, influencers, models, and even a couple of surprise cameos (no spoilers, but you’ll see in the pics below). The crowd wasn’t just watching, though — everybody was dancing. No velvet ropes, no standing around for clout — just straight-up fun.

The best part? Zouk proved once again why it’s LA’s new favorite nightlife destination. From the lighting to the layout to the music curation, the whole place was made for nights like this. If this is how LA does ESPYs weekend, count me in every year.

One thing’s for sure: Zouk LA understood the assignment.
